AI-powered revenue-generating solution

Client: Leading music streaming platform.
This new release promotion product uses fan targeting to drive double digit attributable lift in listeners and streams in the first seven days new music is released. This product would later become a central commercial offering in client’s promotion tools suite. It successfully achieved the goal of driving new ad revenue while assisting users in discovery.

 

Single Sign-On with Multiple SaaS Applications

Client: International live entertainment company.
Oversaw a custom integration with client’s SSO platform, Okta, Workday, and Shopify Plus to provide employee access to all cloud apps. A custom middleware tool was also developed to automate all the software in client’s tech stack. Client’s 200+ e-commerce sites were further modified to facilitate the various HR access requirements.

 

SaaS Customer Growth Platform

Client: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and multiple Grammy winning artist.
Led multi-vendor effort in harnessing data from 70m users to integrate predictive platform into client’s main site and e-commerce store. This solution utilizes machine learning to turn the client’s online customer transaction history into a predictive tool to drive personalized recommendations, promotions and curate experiences tailored to each respective user. This successfully lifted sales, while also providing a superior experience for users.

 

Data Management Platform

Client: National news media organization with 20+ digital subscription sites.
DMP was integrated into client’s proprietary subscription platform to gather and analyze user data to create audience segmentation, which formed the basis of a robust personalization strategy. This strategy allows hyper-personalized user experiences, better insights for advertisers, less churn, and drives both new subscription conversions as well as retention.

 

SEO / Omnichannel Marketing / Site Design

Client: Independent multiple-location veterinary practice.
Client initially wanted to gain visibility into content performance and secure recommendations to better strategize for SEO due to increasingly fierce competition from national brands in this space. A new comprehensive site was designed and launched. Marketing campaigns were completely rebuilt. Predictive forecasting, opportunities, and targeting was implemented. CTR grew from 1.3% to 17%. Year-over-year traffic grew over 1200%, while new client revenue originating from funnel conversions grew 40%.
